Business Process Analyst

We are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of

Business Process Analyst

Main areas of expertise

Participates in analysis, design and description of processes and creates flowcharts;
Develops/maintains processes in the Document Workflow System of the Bank;
Participates in process optimizations;
Acts as a Business administrator of the System;
Coordinates the communication between the Bank and the System’s Vendor;
Identifies business needs and requirements for development of processes in the System;
Participates in the tests and implementation of new/changed processes;
Prepares training materials and participates in trainings of employees;
Communicates with different organizational structures within the Bank in order to ensure proper development of the process in the System;
Responds to employees problems, related to the functionality of the developed processes that may occur. In case of need communicates the issues to the Vendor of the System.

Our requirements:

University degree in Economic, Business Administration, IT or other relevant;
Computer literacy: Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, Share Point;
Professional experience: at least 1 year in a similar role;
Fluent English - written and spoken;
Very good analytical, organisational and communication competences;
Ability to listen and understand the business needs and translate them into process description;
Project Management skills (considered as advantage).
