We have now an exciting opportunity for you to join our HR team as

PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage the design and implementation of number of performance improvement initiatives – Performance Management System, Competency framework, 360 degree feedback process, engagement initiatives and others according to specific needs.
Design, coordinate and/or facilitate in-house and external training and development activities - (trainings, workshops, working & focus groups, short and long-term development programs and etc.)
Develop the TBI group approach to talent management and succession planning and co-ordinate key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Work with line managers on the design and implementation of appropriate and relevant Individual Development Plans for their team members.
Being involved in job evaluation pocesses, job designs, job grading initiatives.
Manage Annual Training Plan,  induction, on-boarding and internship programs and the overal training budget.
Contribute to the development of respective POD policies and procedures in collaboration with other roles in the HR team.

The best candidate would be with:

OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an POD specialist or as an HR generalist with an POD focus.
Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas - Organisation development - change management and developing organisational culture; Learning & Development - key talents & management development and Talent management.
Track record in delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Coaching/mentoring skills.
The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
Excellent English
