We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Banking App Technology Team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do
- Participate in analysis, design and description of processes and create user journey
- Work closely with stakeholders to bring mobile app products to market
- Develop and maintain processes in the Document Workflow System of the Bank
- Act as a Business Owner of the system
- Coordinate the communication between vendors
- Participate in the tests and implementation of processes
- Implement best practice of mobile industry standards
What you need
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or other relevant
- Professional experience: at least 1 year in a similar role
- English – written and spoken
- Very good analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in creating technical documentation for developers and users
- Experience in describing business processes
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or another wiki system
- Basic knowledge of the full development cycle of IT projects
