We are looking for an Integrations Specialist to join the TBI Buy Operations team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do
- Initiate and organize integrations with major POS systems vendors in a break-through loyalty platform
- Respond to partner escalations and provide quick reliable troubleshooting, communicating to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain various reports related to integrations
- Take full ownership of the relationship with POS systems vendors
- Be the primary contact person, responsible for integrations with POS systems vendors
- Participate in the process of improving API documentation and provide feedback to improve and optimize the customer experience
What you need
- Ability to maintain and nurture relationships with external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic knowledge and understanding of technologies such as Git, Kibana, ELK, Microservices Architecture, asynchrony, Kafka, event-driven architecture, automatization, token, JWT, VPN, Swagger, OpenAPI
- Quick learning of new tools and detail-orientation
- General understanding and/or experience in Java and PLPGSQL, HTTP, Rest API, JSON and XML, SQL, and/or PostgreSQL will be considered an advantage
