Upcoming change to the use of TBI Bank's electronic banking

Dear customers,

With regard to amendments to the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems, we would like to inform you of an upcoming change to the use of the Bank's electronic banking, related to the implementation of the strong customer authentication of the users.

As of 14.09.2019 for login to the e-banking system and periodically login (every 90 days) the e-banking system will require additional validation by entering a code, sent via text message (SMS). If necessary to change your mobile number you can check and/or update your mobile number by visiting a convenient Bank office.
